A. Basic Strategy
Passing, positioning, ball targets, communication, staying “in system,” and mental focus.
Duration: 1.5 hours, including 30 minutes of whiteboard instruction.

B. Setting
Setting fundamentals, positioning, bump sets, hand sets, ball targets, and mental focus.
Duration: 1.5 hours
Price: 2,500 THB

C. Attacking
The five main offensive shots to master, hand and body positioning, advanced shots, and ball targets.
Duration: 1.5 hours
Price: 2,500 THB

D. Defense
Blocking, pulling, block calls, backcourt defense, transitioning into scoring, the “beach shot,” communication, and defensive audibles.
Duration: 1.5 hours
Price: 2,500 THB

E. Serving
Float serves, jump serves, ball movement, target selection, mindset, and mental focus.
Duration: 1.5 hours
Price: 2,500 THB
